Healing Attunement Preparation

The preparation for receiving a distance SPIRITUAL HEALING attunement is very simple:

You will need to have at least 30 minutes set aside where you will be comfortable and free from distractions.  I ask that you please email me at least one date and time that would be good for you to receive your attunement.

The Healing attunement will last about 15-20 minutes. About 5 minutes before hand, you should sit or lay down in your comfortable area. Our connection is made possible through Higher Self /Source/God/ Goddess/ The Universe/ etc. After getting comfortable, you should set your intention (affirmation/prayer) to receive the Spiritual Healing attunement.

Even I have--- (mention your problem), I deeply love and accept myself. I am willing to release everything that I dont need anymore. Please  Higher Self/My Soul/  integrate this Spiritual Healing Session perfect and to my highest good at this time. Thank you.

(It is located in the middle of the fleshy part on the outside of the hand between the top of the wrist bone and the base of the baby finger).

Then, simply lay back, relax, and enjoy the healing energy.  That's it !  You do not need to do anything else, unless you would like to.  For example , candles and relaxation music are nice but not necessary for the attunement/clearing to work.

Feelings:  You may or may not feel anything physically but this does not mean that the  Healing transmission didn't work.  You have been empowered with  a  very special healing power gift  that  you may need to work with  for a while before the changes begin to take place. 

Cleansing  Period:  The  first 21-30 days  after your healing attunement are what  is known as your cleansing period.  During this time, you may want to stay away from the following as much as possible: Red meat, caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol. You should also drink plenty of water each day.
